Truffle Honey, Ricotta & Pear Bruschetta Serves 4-6

  • 1 loaf of Truffle Baguette (substitute plain baguette or sourdough), sliced around 1 inch thickness -either toasted or untoastied depending on your preference
  • Truffle Honey to taste (we used Acacia Truffle Honey)
  • 250 grams ricotta the heese
  • 1-2 ripe pears, skin on, cored and finely sliced
  • Pumpkin seeds or Walnuts
Assembly:

Spoon a generous amount of ricotta onto the bread slices. Add the pears, drizzle generously with truffle honey and top with pumpkin seeds or walnuts. Serve Immediately.
